Applicants must play three rounds of golf at OHCC, with another player as witness.  With the opening of the back 9 we now require three 18 hole scores (put a par 3 on # 17) to use in calculating a handicap.  The score card for each round must have the player’s full name, address, and phone number, be dated, and signed by all players.  Cards are to be placed in the Handicap box by the Casa door.
